Jennifer Smith is a 6x Crossfit Games athlete that has dedicated the majority of her life to health, wellness, and competition. She has a multiple sport background, including being a middle distance runner on the University of Kentucky track team.
Jennifer is a Level 3 Crossfit Trainer that helps others reach their full potential through functional fitness. Coaching movement has become her passion, whether it be strength, endurance, or agility. She strongly believes that fitness is a way to cultivate the mind, leading to health, happiness, and success in all areas of life. Goals may be very different, but the process of educating and supporting to achievement remains the same.
